For serious electro play, we recommend the “Doctor’s Choice” electrodes, designed for use with Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve and Muscle Stimulators and made from a durable rubber. To use, insert the wire pins from a TENS device or muscle stimulator into the electrode connector, leaving no exposed metal. Once connected, apply self-adhesive pads to clean, dry skin and enjoy. As with all e-stim devices, education is essential, so inform yourself before you start and read all instructions carefully.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This item needs to be used with clear Tac Tape Patches or double sided tape .This is a single-electrode device (monopolar). Another single-electrode device (or dual-electrode type with "Y" adapter) is required for use.
